Overall would recommend this company. Was very pleased that I was able to call on Friday and was able to pick it up on Saturday morning for a large order. The price was also much better than a lot of the surrounding farms. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star review is a couple of the sod rolls were not in the best shape and there seemed to be some rolls that have pasture grass instead of the blue grass. The guy who loaded our truck couldn't speak English, so it made it hard to communicate. Was pleased in the end and am enjoying our nice, beautiful back yard!

I re-landscaped my back yard after moving into my new house in Fort Collins and couldn't decide to re-seed or place new sod. I was glad I decided to place new sod because the quality from Korby Sod increased the quality of my back yard and brought me up from the landscaping minor league into the majors. We recently used Korby Sod for an over 2000 square foot section in our yard. A good friend had recommended them after using them for a huge project he had done. Our experience was wonderful! Not only were their prices significantly cheaper than some of the other companies I researched, but their staff and customer service was beyond expected. We had an issue with our second delivery and Korby worked very closely with us on this order and made it right the very next day, all the time being very gracious and accommodating with us. I would highly recommend Korby because of all of this, and just as importantly, the grass is beautiful. It arrived in great condition, and has grown so much after a couple of weeks that we think we already have to mow it! It has transformed our yard into a lush, inviting space complete with a beautiful flagstone labyrinth. I can't wait to walk it in my bare feet! Thank you, thank you! I have had sod installed in Northern Colorado and in the past, I was pleased with the work and the outcome. However, after having sod installed in my residence in Fort Collins by Korby Sod, I have to say that the result far exceeded my expectations. First, the quality of the sod was superb. The crew arrived in a timely fashion and took ample time to prepare the area, removing weeds, adding mulch, leveling the land, etc. The prep work was far better than what I have seen from other installers. Next, the sod was laid according to the plan that I described, except that, the expert sod layers made the finished product look better than I had drawn. I cannot express how pleased my family and friends are with the result! It looks like Disneyland. Now, we need to add mulch and other landscaping features around the grassy areas to create a finished look. We will have to up our game to match the quality that Korby Sod's crew provided. Finally, I want to say that it was a pleasure working with the front office. Kyle was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to the job, and Kyle and his colleagues followed up with me after the job to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you very much! I have already recommended Korby Sod to others in my neighborhood.

I called Korby sod to ask if they had any cut sod available for purchase at their office. Megan the secretary said yes, we had sod but we will have to cut if for you. (I was expecting the sod to be rolled up hanging out at the office for a couple of days.) I ordered 16 rolls to do some patchwork in my lawn. I came out a couple hours later to my freshly cut sod. As most people know laying sod is tricky but having freshly cut sod makes for a better transition to your lawn! Awesome job Korby Sod! A side note- learn from my mistake- don't put Weed and Feed down... it killed 1/3 of my lawn... hence the patchwork...:( Sarah Van Diepen

We ordered Korby Vortex sod after discussing the sod options with Kyle. He was very informative and helped us make a great selection. We have had our sod in now for three weeks and it looks wonderful. Our neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. It was growing within the first week after it was installed. Sod showed up on time two mornings later looking fresh and quality. A month later, it is still looking great.
